Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Who we are

This website, n1mbus.digital, is operated by Nimbus Digital (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you visit the site or contact us, why we do it and what rights you have.

Contact for any privacy question: [email protected].

2. Data we process

  • Messages you send us. If you write to us by email or Telegram, we receive your name, contact details, company and anything you include in the message.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, requested pages, referrer and time of request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

The site has no contact forms, no user accounts and no advertising trackers.

3. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics or any cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

4. Why we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible partnership — based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in business communication.
  • To keep the website secure and available — based on our legitimate interest.
  • To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Who receives your data

Your data is only shared with service providers we need to run the site and communicate with you — our hosting provider, our email provider and Telegram (when you contact us there). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose data if required by law.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then for as long as required by applicable law. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider and are then deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to or restrict its processing;
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

9. Age

This website is intended for businesses and adults (18+). It is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
